So I do this routine only at night before bed. There's no need to repeat in the morning which I love! Squirt a tiny amount on your finger tips, wet with cool or warm water, and rub all over face in circular motions for 15 seconds. Rinse with cool or warm water. STEP 3: Healing Stick

This stuff is INCREDIBLE! I originally used it for my son's face - it got rid of his dry skin and eczema patch on one cheek. Never had a problem again. I use nightly on him after the bath.
